Do I need an account?
No. Relief Tracker does not require an account or sign-in.
Where is my data stored?
Sessions, check-ins, anchors, and settings are stored on your device. Relief Tracker does not automatically upload your personal session data to our servers.
What are anchors?
Anchors are optional focus cues you can choose to use during a session. You can also use the app with the breathing view only, without selecting any anchors.
How do I restore Premium?
If you’ve purchased Premium, you can restore it from within the app by using the “Restore Purchases” option in settings.
How do I delete my data?
You can remove session history or anchors inside the app where options are available. Deleting the app from your device will also remove local data, subject to your device’s backup settings.
